Our operations are governed by strict Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) protocols in accordance with national and international standards. All product storage, loading, and unloading procedures are conducted under regulatory licenses and are fully compliant with federal health and safety agency guidelines. We recognize our responsibility to protect the environment and actively contribute to the well-being of the communities where we operate.

Terms of Agreement

Terms of Agreement – Contract & Service Leasing Procedures To initiate a formal agreement and lease our services, the following steps are required:

1. Client Documentation

CLIENT must submit an updated Corporate Profile and Business License
Submit a Product Specification Sheet and Letter of Intent (LOI)

2. Lease Agreement & Invoice

LESSOR issues a Lease Agreement and Invoice outlining payment terms
CLIENT must sign and return the documents to confirm commitment

3. Payment

CLIENT makes payment as agreed
A bank transfer slip or receipt must be sent to the LESSOR as confirmation

4. Transaction Execution

Upon receipt of funds, the LESSOR will issue a Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) within 36 business hours, after receiving:

a. Notice of Readiness (NOR) from the seller/refinery.
b.An injection schedule
c.LESSOR opens communication with the CLIENT’s supplier/refinery/exporter to organize product injection

5. First Splash & Storage Period

Upon First Splash (initial product injection), the paid storage period begins
The CLIENT (LESSEE) may bring in their inspection team to conduct a Dip Test for Quantity & Quality Verification
The CLIENT may lift the product at any time during the valid storage period

Terms of Agreement

Terms of Agreement – Contract & Service Leasing Procedures To initiate a formal agreement and lease our services, the following steps are required:

  • Notice of Readiness (NOR) from the seller/refinery.
  • An injection schedule
  • LESSOR opens communication with the CLIENT’s supplier/refinery/exporter to organize product injection

     Measurement and Deductions

(a) Receipt Measurement: All petroleum products received by the Lessor from the Lessee shall be measured by mutual agreement. Measurement may be conducted either:

  • Via the meters on the delivering pipeline, or
  • By using the Lessor’s gauges on the designated receiving tank(s)

(b) Delivery Measurement: All product deliveries from the Lessor to the Lessee shall be measured using the Lessor’s certified delivery meters. The product delivered will conform to the same type and quality as originally received by the Lessor.

(c) Measurement Standards and Deductions: All measurements shall be conducted in compliance with the latest applicable industry standards. Deductions shall be made for:

  • Suspended sediment
  • Water content
  • Other impurities present in the product
  • Only the net clean quantity will be considered for official inventory and billing purposes.

(d) Monthly Inventory Statement: The Lessor shall provide the Lessee with a monthly inventory statement. This report will include:

  • Opening inventory
  • Total product receipts
  • Total deliveries
  • Closing inventory balance

This statement will serve as the official record for reconciliation and verification purposes.
